My mom was 30 weeks pregnant in this photo. She was getting into nesting mode and enjoying getting the nursery ready for the arrival of her little monkey. The hanging monkeys were handmade with love by my very own Grandma (Halow), Great Grandma (Grandma-ma Evelyn) and my Grandpa's cousin (Linda).
Towards the end of mom's pregnancy my parents decided they should take a last little getaway down to LaQuinta. Little did they know how much they were going to need these few days of relaxation! They spent these days swimming, playing tennis, eating out at great restaurants and talking about what a great place this was to bring me back some day!
