Mother’s Day 2019

On this Mother’s Day, I cant help but reflect on all the pictures and memories of my two babies. I can’t believe they will be turning 5&7 years old next month.  As they say, “the days can be long but the years are short” and that couldn’t feel more true. I’m incredibly proud of the two boys we have and the wonderful, individuals that they are. They are the best of friends and I’m sure lucky they are mine!
Mother's Day started with breakfast in bed. Jack made granola in
kindergarten and brought me this along with fruit and tea. I am the luckiest!
And I got my entire family to go to church. So much to be thankful for. We picked up flowers from
Oakland Grow Flower Farm. Fostering my future philanthropists and helping
teenage foster youth.

Baseball season is in full swing. Our cutest little A's player.

Our newest yellow belt.
I love my family. This is 4&6. Can it possibly get any better?
March 2019 -RanchRomero School Fundraiser

I feel incredibly lucky to have launched IMPACT Diablo Valley with Mindy Longo. We raised $73,000 in our inaugural year and White Pony Express was the recipient of our $65k IMPACT grant. Here in Contra Costa County our funds will be opening school pantries which translates to helping feed over 3000 people with weekly, fresh groceries. It is incredible the power of collective giving. And it is so awesome that our kids are involved in this process. It is all for the kids. Helping raise some civic minded, empathetic and thoughtful community leaders!

I'm back!!!! And I am bringing my sidekick.

It's been two years, but I am back.  I am still the wild man I was when I last posted at 2 but now I have a dynamic sidekick who is just as active. Dylan and I are having a blast and I am so happy to have someone to run around with.

Mom like's these side by side pictures. But I like the most recent pictures of our birthday extravaganza.  We spent our 2nd & 4th birthday's in Maui.  We both love the water. "1,2,3 CANNON Ball," ALL DAY LONG!!!!!

Time is flying by!!!

Where has this year gone?  Mommy has been behind with the blog posts these last few months.  We have been busy helping with the build of the new house.  Probably, the biggest news in my life is I started Montessori school in Danville this February.  I will admit it was a rough transition and I did not like leaving mommy but now I just love it there! I have so much fun.  My teacher, Miss Marnie, shared with mommy that I am such a pleasure to be around.  Mommy and Daddy would have to agree.  I really have grown into my own.  My favorite song is quite fitting for me these days 'Happy'.

Below are some pictures over the last few months.

Celebrating Grandmama's 90th birthday!

Daddy trying to give me some life lessons in his office

I love bath time

Discovery Museum Fun!
I also love exploring SF with my buddy Lucy.  We have so much fun together and have enjoyed some of the beautiful weather down by the beach.

Trucks, trucks, I love trucks!!! Here I am following my truck down the ramp.

And I love water, especially when it involves getting other people.

Here my buddy Jackson and I are hanging out.  Our moms are still surprised we are only 10 days apart.   We have so much fun playing together.

Jacob and I had our first sleepover when Auntie went into labor.  We had a great time, even tho we had to share the sink for bath time!

I love my new cousin, Luke!!!

Easter - Nana & Poppy with all their grand children and great grand babies

Enjoying the pony ride for the 10th time at the Easter Carnival.  I can't believe they limited my rides!

Getting ready to be a big brother.  I must try out all the baby things.  And mommy can't believe I used to actually fit in here.

Well that is all for now.  Hope you are having as much fun as I am these days.

Love, Happy Jack!!

The Big Reveal....

Boy Oh Boy, ANOTHER BOY!

I am excited to announce I am getting a BROTHER this June.  (Mommy is due June 11, 2014).  There is no doubt about it from the pictures below we are adding another boy to this family.  Mommy is definitely outnumbered now and she needs to gear up for the extra craziness coming her way.  I can't wait to have a little brother to rough house with and did I tell you I love jumping off things and building forts?  Who better to do that with than a little brother!?   This is all the more reason to get our house built and move out to the suburbs.  We are going to love living outside and getting into all sorts of trouble together.

I celebrated this evening's big news with a See's Sucker. YUM, YUM, YUM!!!

Oh and let me tell you -- stay away from the big guy in red. Jacob and I decided we are definitely NOT fans.
